Hello! Welcome!

I'm a lyric-coloratura soprano and violinist, a life-long musician with many years of solo, orchestral, and choral experience.  I have been a member of The Soldiers' Chorus of the United States Army Field Band since 2010 and have spent many years traveling the globe with this fine ensemble. I am grateful to serve my country through music. Recent highlights include performing the title role in "The Falling and the Rising" at Nickel City Opera and classical recitals throughout the Baltimore-Washington region.  I bring a diverse background of musical performances across multiple venues and settings. 

I have been teaching classical singing and violin for over 20 years. I love guiding others through the magic of music, often working holistically.  My journey started at age 4 on the violin, and was heavily involved with community theater and orchestras.  In 2008, I moved to Germany and worked as a street violinist, opera singer, and teacher.  In addition to my current duties, I work as a therapeutic musician and freelance artist.  

I hold a Master of Liberal Arts, summa cum laude, from The Johns Hopkins University (2017), and a Bachelor of Music, magna cum laude, from SUNY Purchase, Conservatory of Music in voice/opera (2008). I'm a Registered Suzuki violin teacher. I hold certificates in yoga, animal studies, TESOL, sound therapy, and plant-based nutrition through the T Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. 

I studied voice with Neil Semer, Russ Penney, Roberta Cunningham, Susan Ricci-Rogel, and violin with Sandra Miller.
